Assumptions & sources

Time saved per task = minutes before − minutes with AI − review minutes. Monthly value = tasks × people × adoption at that month × time saved ÷ 60 × loaded hourly cost. Adoption rises in a straight line to its full level over the ramp months.

Worst case halves the time saved and best case adds 25%; costs are the same in all three. 3-year ROI = (total value − total cost) ÷ total cost, where total cost includes implementation.

Time saved is capacity, not cash: it becomes a financial saving only if the time is redeployed or spend is avoided. Treat results as low confidence until backed by a measured baseline. Presets are illustrative starting points.
