How is this different from the free FDE interview guide?
The free guide explains the rounds and gives 30 questions with strong answers to read. The kit is for practice: 30 different timed drills with scoring rubrics, role-play scripts a partner can run, a design worksheet and a mock loop scorecard.
What format is it in?
Six documents, each as Word (also opens in Google Docs), Markdown and a print-ready PDF, in one ZIP download.
Do I need a practice partner?
The drills and worksheet work alone. The client simulations work best with a partner, who does not need to be technical; their instructions are included.
